About Our Organization
Canadian Amchigele Network is a pan-Canadian organization. It is a platform which aims to bring Amchigeles in the field of science, academics, trade & commerce together and promotes our rich cultural heritage. We started off as a group of like minded individuals in 2020 through the thick of COVID pandemic with the intent to help our fellow community members and society at large. Our early successes encouraged us to formally set up this organization in 2021 and formulate our focus groups such as network within Canada, facilitate trade and commerce, promote culture and establish cross-border relations with other Amchigele Organizations worldwide. Today we are a family of proud amchigele who believe in the cause, have a strong moral commitment and see this platform benefiting our future generations.
Our Vision
Strengthen Amchigele community in Canada in every province and territory through various initiatives aligned to our key objectives. We will also serve as a platform for the members of our community by providing resources & support to those who are passionate about serving society and help them champion their cause & ideas. Through this process, we will nurture future leaders in the community, address relevant socio-economic issues which are pertinent to our current and future generations, and advocate for the interests of our community by allying with like-minded Amchigele organizations worldwide.
Our Objectives
- Establish a close knit network of distinguished Amchigeles in academics, business and social Reforms
- Establish a platform to further Economic Interests of Amchigeles by promoting business and services
- To preserve, foster, promote rich cultural heritage, rituals and religious practices of Amchigeles in Canada to establish a strong identity
- Partner with Regional and International Amchigele communities for idea exchange, collaboration and creating opportunities in Canada
- Contribute to communities in Canada via volunteering, charitable donations etc.
